Introduction

Chron Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Babilogue and other applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not serve advertisements.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. Optional cloud sync uses your own storage provider (Google Drive, iCloud, or Amazon S3). Chron Labs does not host your family data on our servers unless you choose to use our managed cloud service.

For our managed cloud service, data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Authentication tokens are stored in platform-native secure storage (Android Keystore, iOS Keychain).

Data Sharing

Your data is shared only within your Family Circle — members you explicitly invite. We do not share data with third parties except essential service providers (Google for authentication, your chosen cloud storage provider). We do not work with data brokers or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

Babilogue stores data about children as directed by their parents or guardians. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Children under 13 do not create accounts; parents manage all child data. Parents can delete all child data at any time through the app settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
